Hypothetically speaking, let's say someone has pictures of someone else's credit cards. 
How would that person be able to extract money from those cards without it being traced back through IP addess and MAC address? 
This is a hypothetical scenario of course.

I actually don't know because I'm not very into carding, but they have lots of anti-fraud stuff, so I guess you'd convert it to xmr through a non-kyc exchange and then turn it back into fiat onto your own card. Nobody can see your MAC Address except you or software with layer 2 kernel access. And yeah use a vpn with webrtc set to false and a random time-zone or some shit.
